Why we started
Finance leaders are asked to explain the business with numbers that live in five systems and a dozen spreadsheets. The analysis is rarely the hard part. The hard part is getting data that agrees with itself, in a form a board can read.
We founded Data Crystal Partners to do that work end to end: clean the systems, connect the data and build the reporting, so finance teams spend their time on decisions instead of data prep.

Clint Papa has spent more than ten years in corporate finance, turning complex financial data into reporting that executives can act on. Clint currently manages financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for a large regional health system, and before that served as a lead financial analyst at a major health insurer.
That work spans budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, month-end and SOX-compliant reporting, and building the data models behind Power BI and Tableau dashboards. Clint has led analyst teams, worked across ERP and data warehouse platforms from Oracle to Snowflake, and presented financial results to non-financial leaders who need the answer in a single page.
Clint founded Data Crystal Partners to bring that enterprise-grade discipline to CFOs and startups who need clean data and clear reporting without building a full finance and data team first.
